* More than seven years of experience in analysis, design and development of software applications.

* Expertise in Tibco Active Enterprise Suite – TIBCO/Rendezvous, TIBCO/Business Works, TIBCO/Integration Manager, TIBCO/ADB adapter, TIBCO/SAP R3 Adapter, TIBCO/Oracle Apps Adapter, TIBCO/Siebel Adapter, TIBCO/File Adapter, TIBCO/Hawk, TIBCO/Repository.

* Experience in B2B integrations using TIBCO Active Exchange Suite – TIBCO/Business Connect, TIBCO/Partner Express, EDI, TIBXML, RosettaNet and Turbo XML.

* More than three years of experience in developing applications using Visual C++, MFC, COM, Visual Basic, XML, XSD/DTD, WSDL, SOAP.

* Working Knowledge in Oracle and SQL Server.

* Good exposure to Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).

* Good analytical and problem solving skills.

* A quick learner and self-starter with good verbal and written communication skills accompanied by a strong programming and analytical background.
