APPROACH

Aptude's overall management approach is directed via the "Management By Objectives" approach. Aptude's philosophy is to be proactive rather than reactive, focus on results, emphasizing accomplishment and constantly looking to improve individual and organizational effectiveness. At the detailed project level, Aptude follows the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) method of project management, which includes multiple process groups and knowledge areas. Finally within this overall structure Aptude follows common technical methodologies including RUP and SDLC methodologies.

Aptude's Management

Guy De Rosa, Principal

Guy De Rosa's career spans over 17 years in Information Technology. His diverse experience includes almost a decade of application development. In addition, he worked as a Sr. Consultant for a Big 4 Consulting Firm and brings both technology as well as management expertise to the organization. Mr. De Rosa is a PMI Certified Project Manager who actively participates in many of Aptude's client initiatives and projects. Mr. De Rosa holds Masters Degree in Information Technology and his unique combination of technical and management skills help provide Aptude with leadership and direction.

Srinath Parepally, Principal

As a co-founder and partner, Mr. Parepally is responsible for corporate strategy, creating and building long-term relationships with corporate clients, systems integrators and value added partners. Mr. Parepally is also responsible for enhancing value delivery by envisioning flexible technology frameworks, effective team building and process improvements. Mr. Parepally has 18 years of software engineering, consulting, database development and EAI applications development experience. Mr. Parepally was part of IT teams with Fortune 1000 companies, leading software engineering firms before founding Aptudes. Mr. Parepally holds Bachelor Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering.

Uday Mehta, Principal

As a co-founder and partner, Mr. Mehta's role lends itself towards technical leadership and guidance. Mr. Mehta has over 16 year experience working in the information technology industry and his experience includes working as technical lead and technical architect for such companies as Bank of American and Northern Trust. In addition, Mr. Mehta holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science.
