Oracle Fusion

Challenge

A large “Oracle Technology” client had invested heavily in an off-the-shelf product to help support a logistical piece of its business. The excessive price point of continuing to utilize the platform resulted in the need to develop a custom built application that provided similar functionality. The client’s current resource utilization had been capped and decided that it would outsource this initaitve.

Solution

Aptude and our client decided to design, develop and implement a customized solution built on Oracle Fusion’s Application Development Framework (ADF). The design and development of the solution followed Oracle’s AIM methodology. This "project delivery" initiative was driven by Aptude’s managed services method of delivery in where:

· Known cost for well defined units of work.
