Oracle ADF/OAF 

Oracle’s Application Development Framework (ADF) is a J2EE compliant framework  based on the MVC design pattern.   The ADF architecture is comprised of the Business Services Layer, Model  Layer, Controler layer and the View layer.   ADF has the capability, in many cases , of exposing some of the rich capabilites of J2EE,  for example, while minimizing the complexity.

Oracle’s Application Framework (OAF) is also based on the MVC design pattern and is tightly integrated with Oracle’s EBS applications.
