the applicability of the candidates through our own screening process
which includes a) personal knowledge based on previous successful
subcontractor experience with us, or b) our own interview and review
processes of the potential candidates. We have significant experience
in interviewing and hiring as well as techniques and methodologies
utilized to accurately evaluate a candidate for the job requirements. We
conduct background checks via a nationwide professional outside firm.

project management experience, our staff also includes principals
with many years of sales and marketing experience at very senior

management software programs for our prospecting and customer
