Unlike some companies who only provide contractors for hire on an hourly basis, we also offer senior consulting and systems design experts to help companies identify the optimum strategies and directions for implementing business and technology solutions. We have the capability to provide on-site, offsite or offshore turnkey development projects. This industry understanding further leverages our ability to help our Customers with their FTE placement requirements.

    Through our various alliances, industry affiliations and previous successful experiences, we enjoy an extensive worldwide base of contacts. Our reputations and previous interfaces with other executives in positions of senior responsibility allow us access to these companies and individuals that may not be available to competitive professional services firms.

    Between our principals and major alliance partners, we have significant experience in proposing, winning and managing major projects in both the government and commercial sectors, including international experience.

We utilize our own rating of Software Programming Proficiency Levels to understand their exact skills and experience. We only provide candidates for presentation to our customers if we feel that candidate is a good fit for the customer’s requirements. We determine the applicability of the candidates through our own screening process which includes a) personal knowledge based on previous successful subcontractor experience with us, or b) our own interview and review processes of the potential candidates. We have significant experience in interviewing and hiring as well as techniques and methodologies utilized to accurately evaluate a candidate for the job requirements. We conduct background checks via a nationwide professional outside firm.
  6. Sales and marketing expertise, active marketing databases and programs
    In addition to the critical systems and software development and project management experience, our staff also includes principals with many years of sales and marketing experience at very senior levels for large companies. We utilize proprietary databases and management software programs for our prospecting and customer service activities. Aptude is on the Internet and we are actively marketing for both customers and contractors. We have developed a customized candidate database that will provide instantaneous access to professionals with the specific skill sets that we require.
